Their unbeaten with the great customer service and they helped thoroughly through each and every step no stress at all...they did all paper work for me, i would highly recommend them, their honesty and dedication to the work is shown effortlessly they were not just great but amazing people to do business with, i drove the car out of the garage with all the information i needed infact more then i did and was very happy with the honesty to which they sold the car to me, very upfront people great to communicate with, very honest and truthful people, very open minded individual working their and the people we dealt with were great to speak to, so a big thankyou to the GKL team....Thankyou!

I recently purchased my Ford Focus from GKL after Rexcomendation. When I met Clive I was absolutely thrilled with his helpfulness and professionalism. After experiencing such pushy and unprofessional service at other local garages it was a relief!! He was honest, kind and trustworthy. I would absolutely purchase another car/next car and have since Recomended GKL to friends. Logan did the hand over and was again very professional and showed us in detail how to use the stereo system. It has a very family like feel to the garage, including the machanics and would defently use them for the service/mot. The manager of GKL Direct couldn't of done anymore for me. He made sure everything with the car (a zafira) was top notch. It was the little things, making sure the car mats were in, I had just under half a tank of fuel, there was a slight mark inside on the roof and he made sure it was covered. He showed every little detail of the car to me so I knew what was what. And for the test drive we went on quite a long journey so you could really get a feel of the car. I was so impressed with the professionalism and customer service he gave that when the time comes and I need to upgrade (hopefully not for many years) I will most definitely be going back to the guys at GKL Direct.

Buying a car from GKL was a very pleasant experience. Rob couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He even went out of his way to collect me from the station when I came to collect the car. I would recommend GKL to everyone. No hard selling here !

Exceptional buying experience from this local car dealership. I purchased a 21 plate EV out of my own money so the vehicle had to be to my own & picky high standards, Chris dealt with all of my requests prior to purchase and the sale went through very smoothly. This dealership has high recommendations and i wouldnt think twice about purchasing from them again.

Recently bought an EV car from GKL. Chris and Rob were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Chris with assisting with details re the car and Rob with the actual hand-over. A great team and authentic customer experience. Efficient - but also very approachable and provided confidence as a customer I was being looked after and not just being sold to - often an issue when buying a car! Highly recommended and very positive transaction.

Pick my new car up yesterday on a click & collect as we went in to teir 4 the day before I was going to view.Was very easy transaction videos & calls regarding the car made it very easy ! When I arrived the car was as described.With a bonus of 2 new front tyres.The salesman was a man of this word & a pleasure to do business with.With these changing times I would not hesitate to buy another car fro GKL.
