The manager of GKL Direct couldn't of done anymore for me. He made sure everything with the car (a zafira) was top notch. It was the little things, making sure the car mats were in, I had just under half a tank of fuel, there was a slight mark inside on the roof and he made sure it was covered. He showed every little detail of the car to me so I knew what was what. And for the test drive we went on quite a long journey so you could really get a feel of the car. I was so impressed with the professionalism and customer service he gave that when the time comes and I need to upgrade (hopefully not for many years) I will most definitely be going back to the guys at GKL Direct.

Buying a car from GKL was a very pleasant experience. Rob couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He even went out of his way to collect me from the station when I came to collect the car. I would recommend GKL to everyone. No hard selling here !

Exceptional buying experience from this local car dealership. I purchased a 21 plate EV out of my own money so the vehicle had to be to my own & picky high standards, Chris dealt with all of my requests prior to purchase and the sale went through very smoothly. This dealership has high recommendations and i wouldnt think twice about purchasing from them again.

Recently bought an EV car from GKL. Chris and Rob were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Chris with assisting with details re the car and Rob with the actual hand-over. A great team and authentic customer experience. Efficient - but also very approachable and provided confidence as a customer I was being looked after and not just being sold to - often an issue when buying a car! Highly recommended and very positive transaction.

Pick my new car up yesterday on a click & collect as we went in to teir 4 the day before I was going to view.Was very easy transaction videos & calls regarding the car made it very easy ! When I arrived the car was as described.With a bonus of 2 new front tyres.The salesman was a man of this word & a pleasure to do business with.With these changing times I would not hesitate to buy another car fro GKL.

Bought a fabulous Mercedes A Class, which I am absolutely chuffed to bits with. Service provided by was second to none, everything was so well explained, car beautifully presented and no fear of being 'led up the garden path'. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

Went here to look at a car for my son,very impressed with the service received.Picked the car up with a new cam belt and repaired the back bumper which was not expected.First class service from a first class dealer.Would definitely buy from here again.
